This introduction to many-body quantum theory in condensed matter physics ( By Karsten Flensberg and Henrik Bruus ) has emerged from a set of lecture notes used in courses Many-particle 1 and II for graduate and advanced undergraduate student at Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, between 1999 and 2004. This book is useful for both theoretical and experimental physicist . The theory student gained a good background for further studies, while the experimental students obtained a familiarity with theoretical concepts they encounter in research papers. so I have attached my handwritten notes from this book here . Only one exception : First chapter is written from Quantum theory of many-particle systems ( A.L.Fetter, J.D.Walecka )
